The day we did Anti-Gravity Yoga at the Om Factory NY!

So right from the beginning of our time here across the pond, I've promised Rosina that we'll accomplish one of her main MUST DO's in New York- which was to take a class of Anti-Gravity Yoga as she became more and more interested in the art of Yoga before we left London, and not really had time to practice properly here as the yoga at BDC is more dance based.  It was an amazing experience we both throughly enjoyed it and definitely want to do it again, the instructor and assistants we great to helping us into and out of the ariel positions

Here is a brief description about the Yoga practise.

"AntiGravity denotes defying the laws of physics, but also means levity. In other words, AntiGravity is about having fun while learning to fly!

AntiGravity® Yoga is a hybrid form, fusing numerous physical disciplines within the context of yoga. Our roots are in artistic sports and aerial arts, however, consciousness training has always been key to our DNA.  Yoga, a practice of awareness, which merges both the quest for mindful physical expansion and the pursuit of enlightenment has been a natural extension of our growth.

In each of our AntiGravity® Yoga classes, one trains in flexibility, strength, mobility and agility while experiencing joy (anandah).  We nurture playful energy while conditioning the body."
