Today was the day for the annual 'Santacon'
''Santacon is a non-denominational, non-commercial, non-political and non-sensical Santa Claus convention that occurs once a year for absolutely no reason.”
And so hundreds of Santa's and Christmas themed fancy dressers flooded Grand Central Station, as well as the streets, parks and subways! We also visited Union Square's Xmas markets and attempted Times Square's Toys R Us for a tour round a lifesize Barbie' Dreamhouse... and located 'Poop-a-scoop' Barbie complete with 'pooping' dog...!! Ended up back in the UpperWest side for some amazing sushi, giving Akari in Islington London a run for its money!!
There are so many people in New York at the moment, subways, sidewalks, restaurants are packed with tourists and the restroom lines....well we suggest wearing pull ups!!!
