Decorating Apt 2b!

Today we allocated to finding Xmas decorations and sprucing up our Apartment, tonight friends are coming over and were watching Elf, hopefully putting us into Christmas spirit!

First to fuel for the day we had breakfast out...

We went to Macy's to see Santa...

Found the 'Santa land'....with Santa express boarding every 10minutes for the grotto and seeing santa, the queue was 4 hours to actually meet him, to see him through a viewing window the queue was 10mins! We chose through the window.....!

Found some exciting decorations...

A big bear,

Designer Trees, this is Ralph Laurens tree,

We then decorated our mini $10 tree...

Instead of a star or an angel, we put a taxi bauble on the top...

And finally decorated our real fireplace ready for Santa to come down....or maybe just the dust mites.

Finishing the blog 5 hours later than I started it after a lovely night with all our friends watching 'Elf', eating lots of sweet treats, sugar hangovers tomorrow and probably a zit or two too!
