The Performance Project

For the last four weeks, Rosina has been religiously getting up and to the studio for 8.15pm every Monday to book rehearsal space for the BDC semester Performance Project. A chance for students in the ISVP, TP and Pro Semester to showcase their dancing and creativity with their choreography. With only one rehearsal per week Rosina chose to extend one of the many solo's that she created for the MTPAS Olympic Awards. Becky's lyrical contemporary to Adeles cover of Bob Dylans 'Make you feel my love' was altered and extended to be performed in tonights showcase.

It was a great show, so many talented creators as well as some phenomenal dancers. The studio was packed full of audience members, from teachers, to mentors, to family members of those close enough to travel in. 

The girls in Rosina's piece really did her proud and what a lovely set of girls to work with. Not one complaint about having to have rehearsals at 8am, and never anyone missing. It was an honour for Rosina to work with such lovely girls.

Now to think about the next performance project....Me and Rosina already have some ideas up our sleeves!
