NoHo

The Neighbourhood we hit today was NoHo (North of Houston st).

Started off at Christopher Square, heading along the SATC icon street, Bleecker St, down into Soho, bordered TriBeCa (Triangle Below Canal Street) and then found a quaint (reasonably cheap) Italian restaurant to dine in!

Such a beautiful area, numerous bakeries with fresh bread and cakes, speciality shops (such as the amazing coffee and tea place we found, and got 1/2lb on Amaretto infused coffee beans, ground especially for us), street performers, cobbled streets, brownstone buildings with the typical NY fire escapes, hundreds of pampered pooches in designer wardrobes, interesting named streets (Downing st, a favourite of Sam's), art galleries, designer shops and panoramic views of No.1 World Trade Centre and The Empire State (photos in daylight and night time were taken at the same spot!)

Another exploring saturday in another contrasting part of NY.
