Anyway, back to the point, naturally any excuse to bake I jumped at! However wow...overwhelmed in the supermarket in rush hour with no idea what ingredients to choose!

Butter sticks?
Recipies that involve "cups" rather than weight measurements..
But best of all
Domino sugar!!!
The cakes need a little perfection, i think as there is no such thing as "caster sugar" ( as found out by Sam
Who asked an attendant in the shop and got a vague reply...the same as in the pharmacy where we asked about veruca's but thats another story!!!) there was a little too much sugar in the mix, but all in all they look ok and as dad would say "what won't fatten, will fill!"
